Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, September 14 2005 - Nextnation Group, a leading mobile messaging and mobile application service provider, extended further growth in mobile value added services business with the addition of mobile games business development arm into its portfolio.

Nextnation Communication Berhad acquired the entire issued and paid up share capital of Ozura Sdn. Bhd. ("Ozura") on 13 September 2005, comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each fully paid up for a total cash consideration of RM2.00.

Ozura was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 8 August 2005. The authorised share capital of Ozura is RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Ozura is presently dormant. However, the intended principal activities of Ozura are mobile game engine/solution developer and provider as well as mobile game developer and publisher.
