Phone Receptionist / Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Call Centre Management - Inbound and Outbound Calls.
  • Customer Service Help Centre Management.
  • Tracking Service Performance and Delivery.
  • Call Centre Reporting and Analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School qualification.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Other Chinese dialects are an added advantage.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Friendly and pleasant personality.
  • Aggressive, dynamic and eager to learn.
  • PC knowledge required - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
  • Customer service experience with mobile operator is an added advantage. Training will be provided.
  • 2 Full time positions open.
