- Customer Service Help Centre Management.
- Tracking Service Performance and Delivery.
- Call Centre Reporting and Analysis.
Requirements: - Minimum High School qualification.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Other Chinese dialects are an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Friendly and pleasant personality.
- Aggressive, dynamic and eager to learn.
- PC knowledge required - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
- Customer service experience with mobile operator is an added advantage. Training will be provided.
