Assistant Manager: Product Development
(Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and propose new mobile services and content source for unconventional (non-traditional) media to advertise our content/services.
  
  
• Monitor performance and prepare analysis reports, evaluate and take corrective actions for products and services Evaluate trends especially during festive seasons and special occasions.
  
  
• Plan effective advertisements and media scheduling according to budgets given Liase with media owners and advertising agencies for scheduling and booking of advertisements.
  
  
• Liase with Creative team (Graphic Designers) on the artwork for each media and ensure that the materials are delivered on time to the respective media owners or agencies.
  
  
• Source for potential sponsors for sms competitions or services to defray company’s costs.
  
  
• Provide feedback and advisory services to composers and designers on current market trend and preferences relating to mobile content such as Ring tones, Picture Message, Wallpapers and other sms related content.
  
  
• Provide continuous feedback to Management on mobile content products and services and initiate necessary action to increase Company’s ROI.
  
  

Requirements:

• A recognised diploma / degree in a related field.
  
• Able to handle tight deadlines.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• 2 full time positions open.
