2. 一年以上传统媒体或互联网或无线SP工作经验，
有丰富媒体资源者优先；

3. 优秀的文字能力和策划能力；

4. 优秀的沟通技巧和谈判能力，出色的对内对外协调能力；

5. 敬业、认真、学习能力强、团队合作好；
