Further to the announcement made on 9 March 2007 in relation to the Company’s proposed acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Euro Tai Solution Sdn. Bhd. (“Proposed Acquisition”), the Board of Directors of Nextnation wishes to announce that the conditions precedent for the Proposed Acquisition have not been met and both parties have decided not to further extend the completion date. As such, the Proposed Acquisition is terminated.
This announcement is dated 31 May 2007.
