Further to the announcements made on 5 June 2006 and 4 September 2006 in relation to the Company’s proposed acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Euro Tai Solution Sdn. Bhd. (“Proposed Acquisition”), the Board of Directors of Nextnation wishes to announce that the Company and the vendors have mutually agreed to a further extension of three (3) months (from 4 December 2006 to 3 March 2007) for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent for the Proposed Acquisition.
This announcement is dated 18 December 2006.
