Nextnation wishes to announce that as advised by its legal counsel, Messrs Cheang & Ariff, that they have received a written confirmation from Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad’s solicitors that no legal action will be taken against Nextnation Network Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Nextnation, in respect of Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No: MT4-22-1739-2004 for copyright infringement commenced against Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad by Goodsound Music Publishing Sdn. Bhd. and 8 others as disclosed in Nextnation’s prospectus dated 9 August 2005.
