The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to Rule 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for MESDAQ Market, the percentage of public shareholdings of the Company as at 30 June 2006 was 28.90% in the hands of 797 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each. The Company complied with the minimum public spread of 25% but did not meet the minimum public shareholders of 1,000.

Nonetheless, pursuant to the Bursa Malaysia Berhad's letter dated 8 May 2006, all MESDAQ companies have until 2 July 2007 to comply with the required public shareholding spread.
