Further to the announcements dated 21 September 2006 and 3 April 2007 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Nextnation, Public Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as PB Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the issue price of the balance 9,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in the Company ("Placement Shares") to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement has been fixed at RM0.60 per Placement Share, which is equivalent to the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Nextnation's ordinary shares up to and including 4 May 2007 of approximately RM0.60.
