Further to the announcement dated 21 September 2006 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement, Public Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as PB Securities Sdn Bhd) on behalf of the Board of Directors of Nextnation wishes to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") had, vide its letter dated 2 April 2007, approved Nextnation’s application for a further extension of time of three (3) months from 24 March 2007 to 23 June 2007 for Nextnation to implement the Proposed Private Placement.
The SC had also in its said letter informed that this would be the final extension of time accorded and the Proposed Private Placement is to be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
This announcement is dated 3 April 2007.
