Further to the announcement made on 18 December 2006 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition by the Company’s subsidiary company, Godynamic Investments Limited (“Godynamic”), the Board of Directors of Nextnation wishes to announce that Godynamic has acquired one (1) ordinary share at par value of USD1 in Vision Phoenix Group Limited (“VPGL”), representing the entire issued and paid-up capital of VPGL for a cash consideration of USD1.
VPGL has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Godynamic.
This announcement is dated 20 December 2006.
