On behalf of the Board of Directors of Nextnation, Public Merchant Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Securities Commission had, vide its letter dated 20 September 2006, approved Nextnation’s application for the extension of time of six (6) months from 24 September 2006 to 23 March 2007 for Nextnation to implement the Proposed Private Placement.
