NOTICE OF INTENTION BY AFFECTED PERSON TO DEAL IN THE COMPANY'S SECURITIES DURING CLOSED PERIOD |

We act for and on behalf of Nextnation.
We wish to inform that Mr. Tey Por Chen, a Chief Operating Officer of Nextnation Network Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nextnation who is currently holding 12,319,000 (Direct shareholdings - 4.89% of the total equity of the Company) and 113,400,000 (Indirect shareholdings - 45% of the total equity of the Company) ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in the capital of Nextnation intends to deal in the shares of Nextnation during the closed period following the announcements made by Nextnation on 10 March 2006 and 22 March 2006 pertaining to proposed collaborations in Indonesia and China.
Nextnation is currently in discussion with PT Elasitas Multi Kreasi and Beijing Himo Tech Co, Ltd/Jumpstart Investments Limited on the detailed provision of the terms of the collaboration.
This announcement is dated 5 April 2006.
