Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 1 August 2012 pertaining to the above matter. The Board of Directors of NEXTNATION wishes to further clarify the information announced on 1 August 2012. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, NEXTNATION expects to fully utilise the Disposal proceeds within a period of six (6) months from the full receipt of such proceeds. The Board of Directors will make the necessary announcement on further development in due course. This announcement is dated 3 August 2012
