We refer to the Company's announcement dated 3 October 2006 in relation to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with Tawasul Telecom Co. LLC. Further thereto, the Board of Directors of Nextnation wishes to announce that both parties are in the process of finalising the terms of cooperation.
