To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day, Nextnation Communication Berhad (Nextnation) took part with the Mega Earth Day hosted  by the Friends of Kota Damansara (FoKD) within the natural surroundings of the Kota Damansara Community Forest (KDCF), recently.

Comprising of 12 Nextnation employees, the team set up a tent, and cleaning up the park together with other participants.

“We applaud our employees' efforts to educate themselves on how they can give back to the mother earth with better way to recognize greener living,” said Syafrizal Sharif, Group Corporate Affairs.

The Kota Damansara Community Forest Park has been gazetted as a forest reserve for educational purposes. The state executive council gazetted the 343ha forest reserve following request from local level organisations such as FoKD which has been pushing to preserve the forested area for years.
