PETALING JAYA, October 15, 2009 - It was a surprise to the 32 children who just got back from school this afternoon when they were greeted by the cheering faces of Nextnation Communication Berhad (Nextnation) employees who paid a visit to the Agathians Shelter home in old town Petaling Jaya with a handful of goods for the resident's preparation of Deepavali.

Nextnation's brigade, lead by the Group General Manager, Lim Kim Seng spent an hour visiting the orphanage home and contributed household items and new set of clothes for the less privileged children.

"Today's visit is essential for us to share the joy together with these kids especially on the upcoming festive season. Soon, these boys will take over the lead from us so they need everyone's support and love to keep them strong in facing the challenge of live today," said Lim Kim Seng.

Agathians Shelter is a welfare home for boys that was founded in 2003 by a team of young adults. It was set up to save a group of children from being turned out to the street and to provide a home and education for them.

Agathians Shelters council member, M. Sivabalan said the home welcomes the public to spend time with the children this Deepavali.
