KUALA LUMPUR, May 11, 2009 - New and used computers, clothes and even a stove, have found a new residence before it will be donated to various charity homes as Nextnation Communication Berhad (Nextnation), recently launched The Shelter Bank, a community driven initiative to encourage its employees to donate their goods to those who need it more.

"We are encouraging our employees to donate anything they don't have a need for anymore to who might find it useful. By having The Shelter Bank, everytime our employee have a spring cleaning session at their homes, they could always bring it to us rather than throwing it away," said Syafrizal Sharif, Nextnation Group Corporate Affairs Executive.
 
With a tag line 'Waste Not, Want Not', The Shelter Bank welcomes any type of donation from electrical appliances to Manga comics where everything will find a new home wherever it is needed or when there are specific requests from certain parties, mainly welfare homes.
