Nextnation Gets on the Beat in 1Malaysia Spirit

KUALA LUMPUR, June 27, 2009 - It was an energetic dawn where thousands of people from various walk of life swarming the Dataran Merdeka in conjunction of the launch of the "1Malaysia" logo. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor were present to unveil the logo that represents harmonious multicultural society, deep-rooted unity and solidarity.

The launch was held in conjunction with the mass aerobic exercise routine of "Senam Seni 1Malaysia", an exercise routine which incorporates martial arts and Malaysian traditional dance movements. The Prime Minister and other Cabinet ministers joined around 10,000 people in the event including 10 Nextnation employees from Kuala Lumpur.

The 1Malaysia concept was introduced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib as his vision towards the concept of unity and strength bond among Malaysian and a call to Malaysians to embrace diversity as a source of strength in achieving a prosperous nation.
