"Acquisitions are the fastest mode of entry into the regional markets. We are at an advanced stage of negotiations with a company in China and we are probably going to do an acquisition within months," said Sally.

She predicted that, by 2007, the company's overseas business was expected to account for over 70% of group revenue as it intended to strengthen its presence in Asia by penetrating into China and India market.

Sally said Nextnation also intended to form joint venture with several international technology and venture companies to involve in a number of partnership and acquisition project.

The global market for cell phone premium content, including music, gaming and video, is expected to expand to more than $43 billion by 2010, rising at a compound annual growth rate of 42.5 percent from $5.2 billion in 2004, according to iSuppli Corp.
